Schwarz Technology Poland Sp. z o.o. is a recognized company providing services in the field of welding aluminium, unalloyed and stainless steels based on approved WPQR technologies according to EN ISO 15613 and EN ISO 15614-1,-2. Our area of expertise is mainly thin sheets and sophisticated shapes, exactly as your project requires.

Our welders, in addition to years of experience, are certified in accordance with EN ISO 9606-1,-2, as confirmed by notified body SLV-GSI and the Instytut Spawalnictwa (institute of welding) in Gliwice. We use the best welding equipment, which is subject to strict standards of inspection, calibration and validation, as confirmed by appropriate protocols. This ensures 100% repeatability of welding parameters and results with the highest quality and efficiency.

Each stage of order fulfilment is supervised by an experienced International Welding Engineer IWE and controlled by a Quality Engineer with VT 1+2 qualifications. Other non-destructive and destructive tests are carried out in cooperation with our business partners.

With the full commitment of all STP staff and the support of Schwarz AG Feinblechtechnik, in December 2018 Schwarz Technology Poland obtained the ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2 certificates. In 2019, the portfolio was supplemented by the EN ISO 15085 CL-2 certificate which is valued in the railway industry. This is the result of a continuous pursuit of improvement and a mission to provide top quality welding services.

MAG (135) – Welding by means of a consumable electrode shielded by active gases

MIG (131) – Welding by means of a consumable electrode shielded by inert gases

TIG (141) DC – Welding by means of a non-consumable electrode shielded by inert gases, standard

TIG (141) AC/DC – Welding by means of a non-consumable electrode shielded by inert gases, using alternating current for aluminium alloys
