The company was founded in the second half of 2016 by Rolf Schwarz, then owner of SCHWARZ AG Feinblechtechnik in Switzerland. The current owner and CEO of Schwarz Technology Poland Sp. z o.o. is Stefan Schrämli – engineer, economist, businessman and owner of SCHRÄMLI HOLDING AG.

The primary goal of Schwarz Technology Poland Sp. z .o.o. is to provide complete welding and assembly of precision elements made from ordinary steel, stainless steel and aluminium, thus ensuring the quality expected by the most demanding customers. Continuous improvement provides the financial resources needed for constant infrastructural development and the furthering of staff qualifications. Efficient and effective management of the Company, as well as meeting the highest quality requirements at every stage of the production process, ensure professional service in all activities.
